A: Just find the item you love, choose your preferred color/size, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing the order. Email us immediately at [email protected] if needed.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.99 per order, regardless of the number of items.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 4–8 business days after shipping.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page to check your shipment status.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for the return process.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. Contact us within 3 days of delivery for resolution.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.
