🕒 Return Window
You may initiate a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier. After 14 days, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
✅ Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

The item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

The return request must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
⚠️ Due to hygiene considerations, hats or caps that appear used, have visible signs of wear, or are returned without proper packaging may not be accepted for return.
❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for the following:

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order hats

Gift cards or promotional vouchers

Clearance, final sale, or discounted items marked “non-refundable”

🔁 Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

📸 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize your case and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
🌍 International Orders
At this time, we only ship within the United States. If we expand internationally in the future, specific return instructions for international customers will be provided.
